Description
After I made the little animation of Amaya [link] I tried to do more from the pose and it just ended up looking like she was bouncing... I then made it into a bounce animation and decided to add two other characters, Naoko [link] and Eve [link]
I'd really like some critique on these because I'm thinking to put them in my animation reel.

Yeah, this looks nice. Seems the gravity is working well. You have other influences outside anime, though, right? As in, great animators like Richard Williams, Glen Keane, Eric Goldberg? Stuff from directors like Don Bluth and Brad Bird, perhaps? You'll want your reel to show you're not a one-trick pony.
I mean, this looks better than a lot of stuff I've seen out of anime-inspired animation students, so there's probably no harm in putting it in your reel. I'd just be mindful of how much of this one style is in it. You might try out some stylistic effects, or rigged animation, or 3D animation, or stop-motion, etc. If it's a general reel, be sure it has a lot of variety; that's my suggestion.
